This position focuses on assisting SMB and Mid-Market clients operating on the Emburse Professional platform. With shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, you’ll tackle 12-20 tickets a day.
Your role includes quick responses, analytical troubleshooting, and effective communication, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first responder for inbound support
• Handle 12–20 tickets daily with careful analysis
• Identify when to escalate complex issues
• Enhance ticket resolution using AI tools
• Undergo training to master product knowledge
Requirements:
• Quick adaptability to technical aspects
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Comfort with advanced technology
• Local availability at the Toronto office
