Join the City of Toronto as a GIS Analyst. This full-time, temporary position focuses on utilizing ArcGIS and FME to optimize geospatial data systems across the city.
As an integral member of the team, you will develop support systems for enterprise geodatabases and facilitate the integration of diverse geospatial data. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and participate in the application of innovative GIS technologies to bolster the city’s data management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extract and transform geospatial data using FME
• Maintain and support enterprise GIS environments
• Evaluate and test geospatial tools and applications
• Assist project teams in data model implementation
• Troubleshoot issues related to GIS technologies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in related fields
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro and online technologies
• Knowledge of SQL and spatial database workflows
• Background in geospatial analysis
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
Utilize your analytical skills to enhance geospatial capabilities in Toronto’s projects.
