Shape client experiences as a Principal Architect at TTEC Digital, leading Azure solution architecture and project delivery. Use your strong background in Azure, Dev Ops, and Agile methodologies.
As part of a global team, you will take charge of architecting complex solutions tailored for large clients.
Your role involves collaborating with sales teams, mentoring staff, and leading discussions on technical designs with executive stakeholders. Ensuring clients feel valued is paramount as you provide clarity on technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop client proposals and roadmap solutions
• Lead technical discussions with sponsor-level stakeholders
• Conduct requirements elicitation and design scoping
• Break down large-scale user stories into tasks
• Create and set architectural standards for solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years leading Agile delivery projects
• In-depth knowledge of Azure technologies and tools
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and CI/CD processes
• 4 Microsoft Azure certifications or equivalent
• Ability to present compelling business-focused solutions
