Position: PeopleSoft GL Application Specialist Role
Excel as a People Soft GL Application Specialist in Toronto, Ontario, responsible for developing the General Ledger module. The role emphasizes collaboration and client-focused solution design.

As the People Soft GL Application Analyst, your main focus will be to understand high-level business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Collaborating with both Finance and IT, you will ensure all solutions meet organizational specifications while managing testing and documentation efforts effectively. Your insights will aid in optimizing processes for increased client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and document business processes around GL module

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine financial workflows

• Develop functional designs and support data migration reviews

• Oversee testing processes and troubleshoot results

• Recommend enhancements for system and process improvements

Requirements:

• 4+ years as People Soft functional or techno-functional professional

• At least 2 years with People Soft GL, including implementations

• Familiarity with additional financial modules and reporting tools

• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities

• Organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives
