Become a Deskside Engineer at Corient and provide elite IT support to wealthy individuals and families. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining an efficient technology experience both can truly rely on.
At Corient, the focus is on customer service, and in this role, your 3-4 years' experience in deskside support will be key. You'll resolve issues and assist users with installations, repairs, and maintenance of their IT systems. Documentation and collaboration with other teams are also crucial aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch support via various channels
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
• Install and upgrade PC hardware to enhance performance
• Keep accurate records in the ITSM system
• Support IT inventory logistics and management
Requirements:
• Associates degree or comparable work experience
• 3-4 years in deskside support roles
• Strong customer service and analytical skills
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Microsoft tools
• Ability to work outside regular hours if needed
