Drive innovation and efficiency as an IT Manager at Spirit of Math. This full-time role focuses on both leadership and hands-on management of technology systems.
As the IT Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing infrastructure, operational processes, and vendor relationships.
Your role will integrate strategic planning with active problem-solving to improve IT support and educational platforms. Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership qualities and hands-on experience in a technology setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize Microsoft 365 environment and enterprise systems
• Ensure secure technology environment and user management
• Act as escalation point for technical challenges
• Enhance cybersecurity and disaster recovery efforts
• Lead technology projects from planning to execution
Requirements:
• 5+ years of IT leadership experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple IT initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
