Position: Integrate Applications as IT Specialist at Xanadu
Work as an IT Application Specialist at Xanadu, driving application integration and IT support initiatives. This role is vital for operational efficiency and user satisfaction across the organization.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and integrating SaaS platforms, troubleshooting all aspects of IT support, and fostering effective communication between systems. You will focus on user access management and ensure smooth deployment and recovery of equipment while providing hands-on support for endpoint devices. Collaboration with teams on specialized applications will also be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate business applications with Net Suite's APIs

• Automate workflows and manage system connections

• Lead user lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding

• Provide comprehensive technical support for all devices

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science

• 5-10 years' relevant experience in IT positions

• Experience across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments

• Strong background in identity management and access control

• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python and Bash
