In this position, you will be the go-to support for a variety of technologies at UHN, ensuring all staff and students receive timely assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer-first approach, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and readiness to support various devices within a fast-paced environment. Your skills will directly impact service delivery across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for hardware and software issues
• Assist with network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN access
• Produce updates for IT documentation and FAQs
• Provide support through calls, chat, and in-person
• Implement root-cause analysis on IT challenges
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Community college diploma in a computer-related field
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Office applications
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and networking
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
