Join the Digital Applications & Infrastructure Operations team at RBC in Toronto. This role focuses on troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and improving day-to-day operations for over 13 applications. You'll work closely with development and product teams, coordinate vendor support, and maintain observability tools for incident detection and system visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day support tickets for digital applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architectural decisions
• Coordinate with vendors on technical issues and escalations
• Raise and manage change requests within compliance protocols
• Support on-call duties for production incidents
Requirements:
• Experience in system administration or operational support
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language and SQL
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Pager Duty
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
• Knowledge of No
