Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for bilingual support
• Collaborate to uphold service level agreements
• Assist users through chat, email, and phone
• Analyze logs for diagnosing technical issues
• Escalate problems related to hardware and connectivity
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and French, written and spoken
• Background in customer or technical support necessary
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Post-secondary degree in a STEM-related field is preferred
