Your role will focus on user-centered troubleshooting and support.
As a Technology Support Technician, you will bring 2 to 4 years of IT support experience. Your responsibilities include installing operating systems, configuring applications, and helping with user account management. By troubleshooting both hardware and software issues, you will ensure smooth daily operations for all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer inclusive technical support for desktops and peripherals
• Install and configure software applications with detail
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues effectively
• Manage user accounts and secure access setups
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting, including cabling
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in IT support or administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with clear communication
• Familiarity with Windows OS and networking fundamentals
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Certifications like MS-102 and MD-102 are a plus
