ERP and IT Operations Manager

Lead as the ERP and IT Operations Manager, entrusted with overseeing Sage X3 and advancing our corporate technology framework. Champion the integration of AI and optimized IT procedures.

This position, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance & IT, demands a hands-on approach in managing the ERP software, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with MSPs to maintain the overall technology infrastructure. You will formulate and enforce IT policies, as well as spearhead projects that seek to enhance the use of technology within the organization. An integral part of the role involves guiding teams on technology usage and optimizing existing systems for improved user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Sage X3 ERP for data consistency and reporting

• Oversee technology infrastructure with MSP support

• Establish cybersecurity protocols to safeguard systems

• Standardize IT documentation and workflows effectively

• Facilitate AI opportunities through training and guidelines

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in Business or IT

• 3-5 years of IT experience in a manufacturing context

• Hands-on knowledge of Sage X3 and BI applications

• Strong facilitation skills for diverse audiences

• Highly organized, results-oriented with project management ability
