As the Managing Director of the Insider Threat Program at BMO, you’ll define strategy and governance while proactively identifying and preventing insider risks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Cybersecurity, Fraud, and Risk teams to enhance operational resilience and establish a robust global framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead insider threat strategy and roadmap

• Build consistent governance structures for escalation and decision-making

• Optimize insider threat analytics and intelligence capabilities

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Risk teams for integrated responses

• Own the insider threat control framework and investigation standards

Requirements:

• 10+ years in financial or security sectors

• Proven experience managing insider threat programs

• Strong knowledge in fraud, cybersecurity, and investigations

• Ability to lead global distributed teams

• Preferred certifications in security and risk management
