Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Level 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

• Configure and deploy Windows 10/11 devices securely

• Collaborate with IT teams for comprehensive support

Requirements:

• Over 3 years in EUC, Desktop Support, or IT Support

• Solid experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Azure AD

• Strong knowledge of device management and software deployment

• Familiar with ITSM systems like Service Now or Jira

• Effective communication and multitasking skills
