Onsite Junior Application Support Specialist

You will engage in day-to-day support tasks while leveraging over two years of ITIL Service Management experience. Responsibilities include triage incident assessments, change request management, and maintaining extensive knowledge of application systems. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operational continuity and enhancing technical processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess incidents and manage tiered responses
• Directly respond to ticket queries and updates
• Develop and manage change requests as needed
• Offer technical support for applications across teams
• Maintain a database for queries and resolutions
Requirements:
• 2+ years in ITIL Service Management practices
• 2+ years in Operational Support roles
• Capability to deliver clear communication
• Experience with middleware technology
• Proficiency in tools like PowerBI for reporting
