Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Odoo billing system and self-service portal
• Manage invoicing, subscriptions, and customer onboarding
• Perform system updates and collaborate on enhancements
• Troubleshoot cloud resources, including virtual machines
• Document issues and create content for the knowledge base
Requirements:
• Experience with Odoo ERP administration
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts and technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools
