In this capacity, you will optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints, contributing to site experimentation and continuous improvement efforts. You will collaborate with various teams, including UX and Development, to execute data-driven enhancements and ensure that website updates meet luxury retail standards and accessibility guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site discovery and deliver enhancements
• Partner with teams to define actionable development plans
• Participate in A/B testing and iterative delivery

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in eCommerce experience
