Lead multi-year system integration initiatives as a Scrum Master/Project Manager, utilizing advanced JIRA skills for seamless project tracking and execution. Engage with 50+ resources for impactful delivery.

This role requires a strong background in project management with a focus on agile methodologies. You will facilitate daily Scrum sessions, monitor defects, and manage test cycles, ensuring seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams. Master the art of project documentation using Confluence while maintaining high standards in RAID log management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Scrum/stand-up sessions effectively

• Oversee testing progress and defect resolution process

• Maintain critical project plans and track dependencies

• Manage and escalate RAID log items swiftly

• Produce detailed reports for executive and operational assessments

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing integration projects (25+ systems)

• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and MS Project

• Strong capabilities in Confluence and Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in dynamic settings
