As a vital member of the TRCA team, you'll provide strategic leadership in managing digital solutions and business systems. Collaborating with the CIO, your role focuses on application integration, systems development, and ensuring seamless services across all operations. You will also oversee the transition to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems while leading a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead systems strategy development with ITRM management
• Oversee Lotus Notes decommissioning and transitions
• Review technical solutions for system integration
• Manage the procurement of ERP systems with stakeholders
• Monitor service quality and team performance
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Studies or related field
• 5+ years in application management experience
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Share Point
• Expert knowledge in SAS and ERP systems
