Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff via multiple channels

• Contribute to IT projects and technology testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field

• 3-5 years of IT support experience in corporations

• Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory

• Familiarity with mobile management and video conferencing

• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 are preferred
