• Monitor service components’ health and performance

• Engage in incident and change management support

• Analyze and document client integration requirements

• Develop utility scripts to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in access management systems

• Familiar with ITIL processes and incident resolution

• Knowledgeable in system monitoring and disaster recovery

• Strong background in server technologies (IIS, SQL, etc.)
