This role focuses on training the Scrum Team and stakeholders on the Agile framework while promoting self-managing teams. Your commitment to continuous improvement will drive successful project delivery and foster an adaptive culture. By addressing systemic issues and facilitating effective communication, you’ll help ensure alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach teams on Scrum methodologies and practices
• Foster a culture of inspection and adaptation
• Support removal of impediments to team progress
• Create dashboards for data-driven insights
• Collaborate with Product Owners for improved backlog management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and CSM/PSM certification preferred
• 3-5 years experience in Scrum/Agile roles
• Demonstrated success in coaching and facilitating Scrum events
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments
• Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Jira)
