Reporting to the Director, IT Security & Infrastructure, we are looking for a Manager, IT Infrastructure to lead and oversee IT operations across eight sites. In this role, you will manage a team of two System Administrators, ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure to support seamless business operations. You will be responsible for Azure and cloud SaaS infrastructure, networking, firewalls, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping infrastructure strategy, optimizing system performance, and collaborating cross‑functionally to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

These are existing full‑time hybrid responsibilities, working 3 days on‑site at 85 Richmond Road with travel required between campuses across Canada.

Impact. You will take ownership of a multi‑site IT infrastructure supporting over 1,000 faculty and staff and 17,000 students. Your leadership will directly enhance system reliability, security, and efficiency across the institution, ensuring a seamless experience for both academic and operational teams. With dedicated budget and resources, you will have the ability to implement and maintain best‑in‑class technology solutions that drive innovation, performance, and long‑term success.

You will work at scale with cloud‑first infrastructure in a complex, multi‑site environment, leading enterprise‑level IT projects that introduce automation, scalability, and advanced security measures.
