Who we needReporting to the Director, IT Security & Infrastructure, we are looking for a Manager, IT Infrastructure to lead and oversee IT operations across eight sites. In this role, you will manage a team of two System Administrators, ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure to support seamless business operations. You will be responsible for Azure and cloud SaaS infrastructure, networking, firewalls, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms.
Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping infrastructure strategy, optimizing system performance, and collaborating cross‑functionally to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
These are existing full‑time hybrid responsibilities, working 3 days on‑site at 85 Richmond Road with travel required between campuses across Canada.

As our new Manager, IT Infrastructure, you will:- Lead. You will drive the implementation of infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments. You will design, implement, maintain, and manage the IT infrastructure across multiple sites, including on‑premise and cloud‑based solutions.
