Position: Government IAM Junior Consultant Role
Join the Government of Ontario as a Junior Identity Access Management Consultant, supporting vital IAM operations and security technologies in the Public Key Infrastructure environment. This position emphasizes both production support and operational improvement across a large-scale IAM setup.

We are seeking two consultants with experience managing PKI and supporting IAM solutions within enterprise environments. Successful candidates will have a track record in incident management and a deep understanding of security technologies, especially Entrust and Oracle systems.

Your role will support critical government initiatives and enhance service delivery in the Ontario Public Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support UAT and production environments for GO-PKI

• Implement disaster recovery solutions for Entrust and Microsoft systems

• Provide timely production support on a 24x7 basis

• Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues within IAM

• Develop technical documentation and knowledge transfer plans

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IAM systems support

• Hands-on experience with Entrust PKI Suite for 4+ years

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager and LDAP

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Understanding of ITIL processes
