Become a key player in IT at The Salvation Army as a Senior Field Specialist for a 12-month contract. Drive the performance and security of Managed Services across multiple locations.
Your expertise in IT infrastructure will be invaluable as you maintain and enhance end-user systems throughout the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on providing hands-on support, managing implementations, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to meet IT operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all IT operations and network security for TSA
• Implement new IT systems and ensure adherence to policies
• Perform assessments of technology and recommend improvements
• Manage security and door control networks effectively
• Train staff on technical systems, including Office 365
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant IT support experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software
• Capability to identify and resolve issues proactively
