Position: Cyber Security Consultant II Role
Join Bell as a Cyber Security Consultant II and enhance network security across fibre and LTE systems. This role is fundamental in managing secure service delivery to customers.

Focused on operational performance, this position requires availability during regular hours with after-hours pager duty to maintain service quality. You will manage daily requests for security infrastructure changes, prepare device implementations, and engage in incident management. Supporting the Security Incident Response Team, you'll play a critical role in mitigating security threats effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests to change security configurations

• Prepare implementations for firewalls and access management

• Analyze security alerts and provide detailed diagnostics

• Mitigate threats and communicate effectively with clients

• Observe best practices in security management

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or 5 years relevant experience

• Proven experience with firewalls and security solutions

• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN deployment

• Skills in troubleshooting network security

• Bilingual communication proficiency in English and French
