In this key role, you will manage and support multiple ai-powered workflows while engaging in incident resolution and operational documentation. A solid background with a minimum of three years supporting enterprise solutions is essential, coupled with strong capabilities in troubleshooting and managing UiPath Orchestrator environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and monitor production automations and workflows
• Manage assets, robots, and exception handling in Ui Path
• Conduct incident triage and root cause analysis
• Assist in deploying AI models and managing credentials
• Maintain detailed runbooks and support documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years in enterprise automation or AI workflow support
• Strong skills in UiPath Orchestrator administration
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud services
• Knowledge of Service Now incident management
• Preferred:
UiPath Professional Certification
