UX Designer

Position: UX Designer in Downtown
Cella by Randstad Digital seeks a passionate UX Designer focused on customer-centric innovation. Collaborate with top design talent and work onsite in Toronto four days a week.

As a UX Designer, you will have 5+ years of experience and a track record of creating intuitive user experiences. This role emphasizes strategic design, storytelling, and working with complex datasets while advocating for users throughout the project lifecycle. Your design skills will be put to the test in a collaborative environment that values feedback and supports innovative methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform complex problems into intuitive user experiences

• Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards

• Collaborate closely with development teams for design alignment

• Champion user needs throughout the design process

• Conduct usability testing and customer research initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in design or related field with 5+ years of UX design

• High proficiency with Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong skills in prototyping and data visualization

• Proven experience in personalized dashboard design

• Effective communicator with a compelling design portfolio
