This role is essential for driving Lilly Canada's digital presence and search capabilities across multiple channels. As a builder, you'll create strategic playbooks, KPIs, and manage critical projects to enhance digital experiences. This hybrid role requires 10 days or more a month at our Toronto office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee Canada's search strategy for key therapeutic areas
• Define experience standards for Lily Canada's web products
• Coordinate with global teams on product roadmaps
• Lead digital search initiatives for major brands
• Design KPI frameworks to measure digital success
Requirements:
• 5–8 years in digital strategy, specifically in SEO/SEM
• Strong project leadership in technology settings
• Familiarity with AI tools transforming digital engagement
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console
• University degree mandatory; advanced digital credentials are a plus
