As a key player in CoLab's UX design organization, you'll focus on complex design challenges and elevate user experiences. Your expertise will guide product strategy by translating intricate requirements into scalable design solutions while mentoring fellow designers. In this leadership role, you'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure cohesive and powerful user interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design initiatives for CoLab's platform
• Collaborate with PMs to drive product roadmap
• Transform complex user requirements into usable designs
• Mentor team members and promote UX quality
• Conduct usability tests and gather customer insights
Requirements:
• 6+ years in product or UX design
• 4+ years in enterprise SaaS experience
• Deep understanding of complex systems and workflows
• Proficient in Figma and design systems
• Strong communication with technical teams
