As a Data Governance Analyst at Colliers, you will help build a global property and client intelligence program while supporting data governance initiatives. You’ll partner with technical teams to bridge business policies, manage metadata, and ensure data quality.

Your role includes drafting data standards, automating processes, and aligning on global definitions with business lines, all while reporting program progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical metadata repository for data discoverability

• Profile datasets for quality measurement and anomaly identification

• Develop data standards and enforce classification policies

• Analyze data incidents and triage issues effectively

• Facilitate workshops to define Critical Data Elements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 2+ years of experience in data governance or related roles
