In this role, you will focus on the key ERP modules of supply chain and scheduling while training our customers through both on-site and remote interactions. Your experience of 2 to 5 years in manufacturing management and a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems will position you as a key player in successful project deliveries and ongoing client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute project deliverables effectively while adhering to budget

• Train clients on ERP processes both on-site and remotely

• Provide support throughout and post-implementation phases

• Record time accurately in our internal CRM

• Stay informed about updates to Microsoft Dynamics ERP

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years in manufacturing management

• A relevant post-secondary degree/diploma

• Experience in supply chain and scheduling ERP areas

• APICS certification highly desired

• Strong communication abilities for effective client interaction
