Join our team as a Bilingual Service Desk Associate and provide exceptional technical support in both French and English. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer service.
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Administrator who excels in technical assistance for end-users encountering hardware, software, and network issues. This role requires fluency in both French and English, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for documenting processes, maintaining user accounts, and collaborating with IT support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for user requests in French and English
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory
• Administer remote access tools and email systems
• Document and track problem-solving processes in the ticketing system
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or related field
• At least one year of IT support experience
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ considered assets
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac systems
• Ability to use Power Shell for task management
