Position: Agile Director Release Train Engineer Role
Join Sun Life as the Agile Director, Release Train Engineer, focusing on driving digital product success through innovative Agile practices. This hybrid role enables you to lead multiple Agile Release Trains.

In this partner role within the web and mobile leadership teams, you will foster an environment of self-organization and collaboration while aligning Product Management and Engineering. With over five years of experience, you'll lead ART ceremonies and facilitate improvements in planning and execution across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enable teams to achieve shared objectives

• Use SAFe metrics to drive end-to-end value flow

• Coordinate ART planning ceremonies and outcomes

• Facilitate System Demos to enhance stakeholder engagement

• Implement communication standards for partner and vendor interactions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in scaled Agile methodologies

• Proven success in coaching large teams

• Knowledge of OKRs and digital product development

• Ability to manage risks and dependencies

• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
