Position: Intermediate Cyber Security Analyst Role
Join the Toronto Police Service as an Intermediate Technical Analyst in Cyber Security Operations. This pivotal role focuses on safeguarding our infrastructure and enhancing security measures while working in a collaborative environment.

As an analyst within the Cyber Security Operations team, you'll ensure uptime and resilience of the Services Server and Network Security Infrastructure. Your responsibilities involve analyzing vulnerabilities, collaborating with teams for remediation, and contributing to compliance audits. You'll also design systems for automation and guide Junior Technical Analysts in their development and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and remediate cyber incidents efficiently

• Conduct compliance audits for security controls

• Enhance cybersecurity practices through strategic input

• Monitor systems and automate tasks for incident alerts

• Create detailed support documentation for co-workers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with 3 years of experience

• Experience with Microsoft technologies and endpoint security

• Knowledge of network devices and vulnerability interpretation

• Excellent communication skills

• Eligible to obtain a Class G Drivers License
