We are looking for a Data Governance – Transformation Manager with a background in data management, preferably in financial institutions. You will oversee end-to-end data governance, collaborating with development teams to meet data requirements and implementing process improvements for better data quality and risk management. Your focus will ensure effective stakeholder communication and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end data governance initiatives for multiple business lines

• Collaborate with application development teams on data requirements

• Identify and enhance data incident management processes

• Maintain monthly dashboards reflecting data trends and action plans

• Coordinate with technology partners on operational impacts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in data management, preferably in BFSI

• Hands-on experience with tools like Service Now and Jira

• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Unix for data manipulation

• Familiar with relational databases and APIs

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
