In the role of Deskside Technician II, you will engage directly with end-users to provide hands-on technical support. You will address several issues across desktops, mobile devices, and networks while ensuring timely ticket resolution. Collaboration with support groups and external vendors is key to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-users with desktop/laptop and mobile tech issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 problems effectively.
• Log and track incidents through the ticketing system.
• Conduct inventory management for IT assets.
• Administer user accounts in Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of ICT, including operating systems and networks.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications at an advanced level.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Valid Driver's license is essential.
