Position: Infrastructure Ontario IT Applications Manager
Contribute to public infrastructure excellence at Infrastructure Ontario as an IT Applications Manager, with a focus on Project Management Information Systems. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

In this role, you will manage the daily functions of the PMIS, ensuring effective application support and enhancement. Your responsibility includes resolving technical issues, optimizing system performance, and working closely with stakeholders to improve user experience. This position is vital for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage application operations and maintain system functionality

• Resolve escalated incidents and recommend solutions

• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business teams

• Support deployment and post-implementation activities

• Maintain robust documentation and training for users

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT or a related field

• Extensive experience in systems analysis or application support

• Familiarity with PMIS operations and engineering processes

• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach

• Agile or Dev Ops experience is a plus
