Position: Data Modeler Role - Hybrid Opportunity
Join the Province of Ontario as a Senior Data Architect/Modeler to leverage your expertise in a hybrid setting. Located in Toronto, this role involves critical information architecture work.

This position within the Land & Resources Cluster focuses on defining and designing data architectures that meet both client and management requirements. Your experience will guide you in utilizing multiple platforms and addressing various data modeling techniques. Over the next eight months, you will collaborate with a team to refine logical data models and support the development of enterprise architecture artifacts necessary for upcoming reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in data prototyping to validate architecture recommendations

• Conduct assessments of information architecture and support projects

• Document and oversee data architecture using CASE tools

• Develop data migration strategies for efficient transitions

• Collaborate to create standards for data integration

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in data architecture and modeling

• Experience with various operating systems and database technologies

• Proficiency in data modeling tools and metadata structures

• Understanding of dimensional and relational data models

• Knowledge of emerging trends in information technology
