ATB SAP ECP Systems Analyst Position

Become a Systems Analyst at ATB, specializing in SAP Success Factors with a hybrid work model. This impactful role leverages your Canadian payroll expertise to drive system improvements.

We're looking for a skilled Systems Analyst with a minimum of three years' experience, focusing on the SAP EC Payroll system. You'll engage with both the Payroll team and various stakeholders to ensure compliance and implement enhancements that elevate efficiency. Your technical solutions will directly influence payroll operations, aligning them with best practices and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual payroll lifecycle configuration and compliance

• Assist in year-end filing processes for payroll documents

• Optimize gross-to-net calculations and tax reporting systems

• Translate payroll issues into effective technical solutions

• Lead system testing and deployment for new Success Factors features

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant Payroll Systems or HRIS experience

• Familiarity with SAP Success Factors (EC Payroll)

• Comprehensive understanding of the Canadian payroll calendar

• Proficient with Google Workspace applications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
