In this essential role, you'll provide operational support for SAP business processes, particularly in Finance/Controlling and Sales/Distribution. Collaborating with both business owners and IT teams, you'll ensure the reliability of SAP functionalities and assist in troubleshooting issues. Your contributions will directly impact our manufacturing and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain SAP incident and request support
• Analyze and resolve functional issues and data inconsistencies
• Support month-end and logistics cycle operations
• Coordinate with various teams for escalations as needed
• Develop and maintain functional documentation and guides
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of SAP functional experience, SAP S/4
HANA preferable
• Knowledge in FI/CO and SD areas required
• Experience with change management and incident management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
