As the SAP Applications and Business Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring system stability and performance through effective application support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role encompasses managing incidents, leading projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet operational needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SAP S/4

HANA support and administration

• Translate operational needs into scalable SAP solutions

• Identify and drive process improvements organization-wide

• Manage project scope and coordinate with vendors

• Develop procedural documentation and training materials

Requirements:

• Post-secondary qualification in IT or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years in SAP management and support

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4

HANA modules

• Experience in leading application upgrade projects

• Knowledge of compliance requirements and IT governance
