This role calls for an experienced UX Researcher & Designer to guide intuition-driven digital solutions across the software lifecycle. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Analysts to understand user needs and drive scalable design that prioritizes usability and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including surveys
• Develop personas, journey maps, and empathy maps for insights
• Craft wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies with Agile teams
• Translate research findings into user stories and design artifacts
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years experience in UX research and design
• Proficient in usability testing and design thinking principles
• Experience with wire framing and prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration techniques
Contribute to transformative design projects that shape user experiences in software development.
