Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with clients via phone, email, or tickets
• Conduct troubleshooting for common IT problems
• Escalate unresolved incidents efficiently
• Keep clients informed about support progress
• Document interactions and resolutions in detail
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of IT or help desk experience
• Understanding of Windows, macOS, and cloud services
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
• High levels of multitasking and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and advance in the IT field
