In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee comprehensive data governance and audit processes r focus will include developing data strategies, improving risk management, and establishing a Data Governance Center of Excellence. Your expertise in data analysis and management will be critical in guiding CAE’s teams to align with enterprise data policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for data implementation and acquisition

• Lead audit data domain management and performance maturity

• Champion data management best practices across CAE

• Support segment-specific data investment initiatives

• Oversee data risk management and compliance processes

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in data management or analysis

• Proficient with SQL, Tableau/Streamlit for reporting

• Strong knowledge of RBC data policies

• Experience managing cross-functional relationships

• Analytical mindset with effective decision-making skills
