Your role in Citco's Global Design group involves a range of responsibilities, including conducting user research, facilitating business workshops, and turning insights into intuitive designs. You will handle every aspect of the design process and ensure alignment across internal teams to enhance service delivery. This position requires creativity coupled with analytical thinking to meet both user and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and define the UX for emerging products
• Create service blueprints and user flows
• Deliver high-fidelity designs and prototypes
• Collaborate with design system champions for consistency
• Translate business challenges into actionable design tasks
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant UX/UI design experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, or similar field
• Proficient in tools like Figma and Fig Jam
• Background in financial services strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented, passionate, and creative mindset
