Join CARET as a Product Designer focused on creating user-centric experiences for enterprise SaaS applications. This role involves designing workflows and validating concepts with tools like Figma.

The Product Designer will untangle complex workflows into intuitive user experiences, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer insights. Your designs will shape how teams interact with our platform, driving both user satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based products
• Translate complex requirements into wireframes and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering for implementation
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system
Requirements:
• 3–6 years in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS design work
• Proficiency in Figma and design system practices
• Experience with user research and analytics tools
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
