Technical Support Specialist Water

This full-time, temporary role requires experience in technical support, focusing on infrastructure and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver advanced technical support at various Toronto Water sites
• Troubleshoot audio-visual devices and mobile equipment
• Plan and execute hardware and software upgrades
• Document and manage support cases accurately
• Lead issue resolution efforts within the team
Requirements:
• Experience in end-user technical support in large enterprises
• ITIL certification and CompTIA A+ are mandatory
• Proficiency in Active Directory and security management
• Knowledge of automation and scripting tools
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's license required
