Position: Senior IT Operations Analyst Role
Elevate enterprise network support as a Senior IT Operations Analyst providing crucial Level 2 assistance. Your troubleshooting skills will enhance our operations across multiple environments.

This position focuses on Level 2 support for our enterprise network infrastructure, involving monitoring of service alerts and investigation of network incidents. You will work collaboratively with teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and operational stability in a 24/7 network environment. Your technical expertise will play a vital role in problem determination and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure

• Investigate and respond to various network incidents

• Troubleshoot across LAN, WAN, and firewalls

• Identify root causes for technical challenges

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in Network Operations

• Required CCNP certification

• Technology degree or equivalent experience

• Proficient in Cisco routers and switches

• Knowledge of network monitoring tools
