Overview
Provide Level 2 support for enterprise network infrastructure. Monitor, investigate, and respond to network incidents and service alerts. Troubleshoot issues across LAN, MAN, WAN, RLAN, wireless, firewall, load balancing, and optical environments. Perform problem determination and root cause identification across multiple network technologies. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve technical issues. Contribute to the ongoing stability and resilience of a 24/7 network operations environment.
Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 support for enterprise network infrastructure
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to network incidents and service alerts
- Troubleshoot issues across LAN, MAN, WAN, RLAN, wireless, firewall, load balancing, and optical environments
- Perform problem determination and root cause identification across multiple network technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Contribute to the ongoing stability and resilience of a 24/7 network operations environment
- Minimum 3 years of Network Operations experience
- CCNP certification required
- Technology degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience supporting enterprise network environments
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and telecommunications connectivity
- Experience with Cisco routers and switches
- Familiarity with firewalls and load balancers
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
